What is Buongiorno Marya?

Buongiorno Marya is an AI email assistant designed specifically for language schools. It handles student enquiries 24/7 in multiple languages, detects booking intent, follows up automatically, and routes emails between specialized agents (Adults/Erasmus+/Juniors).

How does it work?

Marya connects to your school's email inbox (e.g., [email protected]), monitors for new enquiries, and responds automatically using a knowledge base we create about your courses, prices, and policies. You can review and approve responses before sending, or let Marya send automatically once you're confident.

What languages does it support?

Marya speaks English, Italian, Spanish, French, and Portuguese. She automatically detects the student's language and replies in the same language. With advanced language mode, she can even detect country mentions and respond in the student's native language. Additional languages available on request.

Can it handle Erasmus+ enquiries?

Yes! We recommend using a dedicated agent (James) for Erasmus+ enquiries. He's trained specifically on consortium bookings, group programmes, funding rules, and partner school requirements.

Pricing

What counts as an "interaction"?

An interaction is an email sent by your agent to a student. This includes: student replies, follow-ups, courtesy forwards (spam redirection), and routed emails. You don't pay for inbound emails you receive or for internal system emails.

What if I go over my limit?

Your weekly analytics email shows real-time usage. We'll email you at 80% and 95% of your limit. Overage costs €1.50-2.00 per extra interaction, or you can upgrade to the next tier anytime (pro-rated for the remaining month).

Why a setup fee?

The €499 setup fee covers real work: we scan your website, create a 500-1000 line knowledge base, configure your agent's personality and tone, integrate with your email, and monitor the first 2 weeks. It's fully refundable if you cancel within 30 days.

Is the setup fee refundable?

Yes, 100% refundable if you cancel within 30 days of deployment. After 30 days, the work has been done and the fee is non-refundable. Additional agents have a €99 setup fee with the same 30-day refund policy.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel with 30 days notice. There are no long-term contracts. Setup fee is refunded only if you cancel within the first 30 days.

Multiple Agents

Why would I need multiple agents?

Each agent specializes in one area with dedicated knowledge. For example: Marya handles adult general English, James handles Erasmus+ groups, Emma handles junior programmes. This prevents cross-contamination and improves response quality. Many schools see 15-25% higher booking rates with specialized agents.

How do agents work together?

Agents can route emails between each other automatically. If a student emails Marya asking about Erasmus+ programmes, she politely forwards them to James with context. The student receives a clear explanation and James follows up directly.

What's included in the extra agent fee?

€99 setup covers creating the specialized knowledge base (removing overlap from your first agent), configuring routing keywords, and testing. Monthly cost (€99-399 depending on tier) includes full interaction allowance — so James at Professional tier gets 300 interactions, same as Marya.

Technical

How long does deployment take?

1 week from payment. Day 1-2: We create your knowledge base. Day 3-4: Configuration and testing. Day 5-7: Live monitoring and tuning. For additional agents, same 1-week timeline (but usually faster since infrastructure is already in place).

What email providers are supported?

Any email provider with IMAP/SMTP access: Gmail, Outlook/Office 365, private mail servers (cPanel, Plesk), Google Workspace, Zoho Mail, and more. We just need your email address, password (or app password), and server details.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Marya runs on our servers and connects to your email via IMAP/SMTP. You just provide credentials (like setting up email on your phone). Nothing to install on your computer or website.

How do I access analytics?

Basic analytics are included with all plans — you receive a weekly email every Monday at 9am with key metrics (emails received, replies sent, follow-ups, booking intents). Analytics Pro (€99/agent/month) adds AI-powered insights, knowledge base gap analysis, and beautiful HTML reports.

Support

What support do you offer?

All plans include email support with fast response times (typically within 24 hours on business days). Professional tier gets priority support. Enterprise tier includes a monthly optimization call to review performance and tune your knowledge base.

How fast do you respond?

Standard support: within 24 hours (business days). Priority support (Professional/Enterprise): within 12 hours. Urgent issues flagged by our monitoring system are addressed immediately, often within 1-2 hours.

Can you help customize the knowledge base?

Yes! Knowledge base updates are included in all plans. Just email us the changes (new courses, price updates, policy changes) and we'll update within 24 hours. Enterprise customers can request updates during their monthly optimization call.
