An interaction is an email sent by your agent to a student. This includes replies, follow-ups, and courtesy forwards. You don't pay for spam or inbound emails you receive.
Your dashboard shows real-time usage. We'll alert you at 80% and 95%. Overage costs €1.50-2.00 per interaction, or you can upgrade to the next tier anytime (pro-rated).
The setup fee covers 4-6 hours of work: creating your knowledge base, training the agent on your courses, and 2 weeks of monitoring. It's fully refundable if you cancel within 30 days.
Yes. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Setup fee is refunded if you cancel within the first 30 days.
